The Online Admission Screening Exercise is open to applicants who scored at least 195 on the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have chosen Kaduna State University as their top option.

KASU UTME application requirements
Candidates are recommended to study the admission requirements carefully before applying. You must meet these requirements in order to increase your chances of being placed on KASU’s admissions list. Please study the requirements given below, which you must meet.
- UTME Score: You need a minimum score of 140 in your JAMB UTME to apply.
- O’Level Results: You should have at least five credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including English and Math. You can use results from no more than two sittings.
- Institution First Choice: Choose KASU as your first choice during your UTME. If you choose another school, change to KASU on the JAMB portal before you apply.
- Age: You must be at least 16 years old.
- Program-Specific Requirements: Some courses ask for specific subjects. For example, agriculture may need credit passes in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics.
- Direct Entry Applicants: You must have a valid qualification such as ND (at least lower credit), NCE or A-Level. Upload these documents while registering.
- Screening Fee: Pay a ₦2,000 screening fee through Remita.
- O’Level Upload on JAMB Portal: Upload your O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal before sending your application.
